Refund Policy
- **Non-Refundable Deposits:** All deposits are non-refundable.
- **Cancellation Before 48 Hours:** If you cancel more than 48 hours before your event, you have two options:
- Receive the items you ordered and get a refund minus the deposit.
- Reschedule your event without losing your payment.
- **Payment Deadline:** The full payment for your booking must be made at least one week before the event.
- **Same-Day Bookings:** Same-day bookings cannot be modified or changed without an additional fee of $100.
